Hi Noel first displayed this DeLuxe subscription box in December and I immediately fell in love and knew I needed it in my life. I just received it yesterday and it is even better in person! It is PHENOMENAL from start to finish! Tomorrow I plan on wearing my new T-shirt (cocoa in hand) while my new diffuser pen scents the pages of my new bloom planner with my new year goals (specially marked by some darling stickers!) The beautiful hourglass will indeed be a reminder to savor each moment of this special time. I’m very excited about this box. Her customer service is UNMATCHED! I bothered her on the busiest holiday weekend of the year and she reached out in complete kindness. I was deeply touched at her gracious response.
