Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Curated Comforts by Sharene subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. To cancel, simply log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at info@curatedcomfortsbox.com

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before your next subscription charge. If your box has already shipped for the current month, we are unable to offer a refund for that shipment, as it has already been processed and dispatched.
  • Refunds are not available for boxes that have already been shipped, but we’re happy to assist you with any future shipments.

We recommend checking your subscription renewal date to ensure you cancel in time to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
